What's included in your car lease

Every SmoothRide lease is all-inclusive. Your fixed monthly price covers road tax, fully comprehensive insurance, and routine servicing and maintenance, so the only running cost you add is fuel. Vehicles come with unlimited mileage within the Republic of Cyprus, and if something needs attention we handle the workshop side for you. Because the rate is fixed for the whole term, your budget stays predictable — the same price in August as in January, with no seasonal surcharges.

Lease terms and durations

Leases start from a two-month minimum and run month to month from there — common terms are 2–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–12 months, and 12 months or more, and longer commitments unlock better monthly rates. A small refundable deposit (typically €400) is held at the start and returned when the car comes back in good condition. You can end most leases with 7 days' notice, so you are never locked into a contract that outlasts your stay.

Leasing suits anyone who needs a car for weeks or months rather than days. Expats and remote workers settling in Cyprus get a hassle-free car without importing or buying one. Long-term car leasing in Nicosia

You collect and return your lease car at our Nicosia office on Aglantzias 81 in Aglantzia — the same place our rental customers pick up. Once it is yours for the term, you are free to drive it anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus with unlimited mileage. Paperwork is prepared in advance, so handover is quick, and our team stays a phone or WhatsApp message away for anything you need during the lease.

Leasing a car from Limassol

Based in Limassol? You are welcome to lease with us — just note that pickup and return are at our Nicosia office only. We do not have a Limassol branch and we do not deliver cars to other cities. Nicosia is about an hour away, roughly 80 km up the A1 motorway, so many Limassol customers simply drive up once to collect the car at the start of the lease and again to drop it off at the end. Tell us your dates when you request a quote and we will have everything ready so collection takes just a few minutes.

Leasing vs. renting in Cyprus

Short-term car rental in Cyprus is best for trips of a few days to a few weeks — book online, pick up at our Nicosia office, and drive. Leasing is the better value once you need a car for two months or more: the monthly rate is lower than stacking daily rentals, the paperwork is done once, and maintenance is included for the whole term.
